Derna's Caregiving Haven is not a medical provider, healthcare facility, emergency service, or insurance provider. Information displayed within the app is provided by users and is not reviewed by healthcare professionals. Nothing within the app should be interpreted as medical advice, nursing advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency instructions. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical concerns.

Emergencies

User Responsibility

Sharing Information

You are responsible for deciding what information to share with trusted caregivers. Premium family sharing gives an invited caregiver a separate account with profile-specific permissions selected by the owner; it never gives them the owner's password or unrestricted account access. Owners should review permissions regularly and revoke access when it is no longer needed.

No Guarantee of Availability

While we strive to keep the service available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the application.
